| Some players have reported that they cannot Submit a Ticket from our support site. At the last stage of creating a Support Ticket, they will click on: SUBMIT A TICKET Then the page will time out with the error "this page cannot be displayed." We have some leads, but we need your help with gathering some information about this issue. If you are experiencing the same issue where the page will time out after you click on SUBMIT A TICKET, please try these steps: 1. Try a different web browser (e.g., Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc.) 2. Power cycle your network. 3. Flush the DNS cache.
