| I have just logged in after PTR update and all my characters from Europe server are missing. When i log in to any of the 3 regions I see only my wizard from Asia server from way back. | ||

| Akira, Your characters are all there still. The PTR is completely separate from the live game. It can't do anything to your existing characters. It looks like you haven't actually logged into the European game client for a couple of days. Your most recent access was to the PTR.
