| I have the Diablo 3 standard edition, and I have played it for hours, but when i got the Reaper of Souls expansion, the browser recognizes that I have Reaper of Souls Standard Edition however, I cannot access the expansion, my battlenet app doesn't update, I already installed the game again and still no access to the expansion, tried running on administrator also did nothing. I got Diablo 3 Global and Diablo 3 RoS EU, is that the issue? After many hours still no change, even on the app when I click upgrade available it directs me to the deluxe edition like the browser | ||

Your Battle.net account does not have any games that can be upgraded with this game key. Either you have no games that can be upgraded with this key, or you have already upgraded them. And dont work :( This Battle.net account you're posting from doesn't have a full Diablo III license, only a Starter Edition. You cannot use a code for the expansion Reaper of Souls if you don't own already the original game, that's why you can't redeem the code. You would need to buy Diablo III as well. Please, try to check the dates of the threads and avoid posting in old ones.
