| So much focus on Rifts, but the way into rifts is to find rift keys. We do that by playing bounties. To make sure bounties should be as fun as rifts are, because plenty gamers say "Rifts is the way to go" it would make sense to make bounties a ittsy bittsy more interesting.. Wild idea.. Bounty - Whenever you get an Horadic Cache, you gain something, a bonus. Logic: Play all acts in bounty for better reward. Bonus could be whatever game designers like.. XP bonus is nice but too mainstream when it comes to bonus. Magic find is also a bit too "mainstream" at the moment.. Maybe longer shrine effects or lesser cool-down, more attack speed? We could see some odd gold-collecting pets make a return (google companion scrolls, which we had in early Diablo III beta). Other side of this coin These effects would delete whenever you enter a rift or create a new game. This could mean that you change your gameplay a bit more and do not feel like bounty is a "job" to get rift keys so you can have "fun". Any thoughts? | ||

I think the logic is that Rifts are supposed to be a reward for doing bounties - that's why Legendaries have an increased chance of dropping when you're in one. Sure, it is not totally wrong to say that rifts can be regarded as a bonus or reward for completing bounties, but bounties are supposed to be fun as well. When people ask for bounties to be more interesting, then we would certainly like to know more about what they would find interesting. And if there are things about bounties that people find enjoyable as is, but that they would like to see improved or expanded upon further, then we would like to know more about that as well :-) | ||
