| Given that we're at the cusp of the holiday season, I'm guessing that our Support representatives have been receiving a higher number of phone calls, petitions, emails, and tickets than usual. This in turn is likely causing a longer wait, or queue. It is also means that our phone lines may be at capacity more often. I can personally assure that our representatives are working as quickly and as hard as they can to address each and every concern, question, and/or complain submitted by players.
