| This is not an open topic on general discussion. I want an answer from support. Firstly , Congratz with Ros expansion it has changed the game so much its now Really Enjoyable to bash and play. Im having a blast with it. HOWEVER..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am SICK to death of SPAM gold/levelling Chinese / J apanese bots..!!!! ITS every 30 seconds or less and as much as I report spam/harrassment Nothing changes. I have limited space to block these [removed] so what I want to know is what you are doing about it? I DONT think ive ever felt so HARRASSED in my life by bots .!!! You have complete control of you're game so DONT tell me you cant just ban the game account to prevent them creating a new character.! I bought this game and im PRETTY sure it said nothing about me being harrassed every 30 seconds or so with SPAM BOTS.!!!!!!!!! 1. I would like to know WHY you CANNOT ban these idiots?. 2. I would like to know WHY nothing is done from my perspective when I report them. 3. I would like to know WHY its a shunned topic. As for number 3...I can only assume since nothing happens with them that the sellers and their websites belong to blizzard to make more money. If this isnt the case then WHY CANT YOU DO SOMTHING PERMANENT about them !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
