| Hey there Foensh. Due to some issues on EU network services, a large number of players on Battle.net were disconnected from the game at the same time on 2 separate occasions last night. As soon as this happens, everyone tries to log back in at the same time and this caused an authentication 'bottleneck' (i.e. those queues). The original issue should now be resolved and the bottleneck has cleared. However, we're sorry for the inconvenience caused and we continue to work with our network partners in order to mitigate possible future anomalies like this.
