| heey ppl, question, Diablo 3 i didnt play it for a while i wanted to play again but, when i start up the game it gives a black screen all the time... I can hear the sound and see the mouse cursor thats it. Anyone know how to fix it i tried everything i could think off last 2 days, no luck so far. Reinstalling, administrator, repair the game, etc etc. If anyone got the solution please let me know. thanks :) | ||

| Gromstriker, For some, simply changing the game to use vertical sync resolves this symptom. You'll need to do this manually though since you can't get to the in-game menu. Look for and edit (with Notepad) your D3Prefs.txt file. It's located in your My Documents\Diablo III folder.
