| Yummy. Just finished up candying up a bunch of thick apple wood smoked slices of Wright brand bacon. Some Sriracha rubbed with a dot of Sriracha to identify them, some peppered with a dash of medium ground three peppercorn blend on top to identify them, and the remaining "plain". All chocolate covered with Ghiradelli dark from melting wafers. All bacon cooked crisp for easy of dipping... No floppy bacon here. | ||
