Did you actually input the code or did you just start playing? Good place to start. Williamceo, few quick questions: - You said you purchased "the box set" at a store. Just checking, but was Diablo III included in that box set? - If Diablo III was included, you'll need to find a game code in the Diablo III box. It'll look like a long serial number. Did you find a game code in the box? - If yes, did you add that game code to your Battle.net account? You can check by visiting this page under "Your Game Accounts" and looking for your Diablo III game license: https://us.battle.net/account/management/ - If you didn't add a game code, you'll want to add it here: https://us.battle.net/account/management/claim-code.html Just enter the code and click "Redeem Key." It should automatically recognize the key as Diablo III. After you add the code, your account should be good to go. Right now, it sounds like you're playing the Starter Edition, which is why your gameplay is restricted and it's asking you to pay to upgrade to the full game. | ||
