| Ok so I haven't a problem playing all the way up to Act V, in Westmarch Heights. Didn't notice anything wrong, except a wee bit of lagging. Then suddenly, the whole game freezes and then shuts down. When I try to start it up, I'm the same level as when it crashed (45) with all the updated gear, but I'm put back at the beginning of Act V! I've lost progress, randomly! How do I get back what I lost? And not crash again? I didn't get an error message or anything. | ||

| Bahumbaba, What exactly did you need help with here? The crashing or the reported loss of progress? We can not do anything about the character itself I'm afraid. Whatever level you're seeing it as is what it is. Whatever progress it's showing can't be adjusted. For the crashing, I'll need to see your hardware info first please. You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. Could you also post your D3Prefs.txt file?
