Maybe you can forward this to the devs; Beta/PTR is extremely broken now after pre-ordering RoS. You cannot pick up any items on the ground as they "do not belong to you", and in some cases accounts are becoming starter editions and cannot make forum posts. If you're experiencing this or other issues, let me know in this thread. We're currently investigating possible issues related to completing pre-purchase affecting live licenses.
