| Hi guys today i buyed diablo 3 Ros i played a little then i came into a level named Westmarch when i get in there and see the door goes to the quest my game crashes please help i want to play this game so much. | ||

| Sipabora, Can you post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. Could you also post your D3Prefs.txt file? | Sipabora, I'd try updating your video drivers. Right now, they're Catalyst 13.1 and the latest available is Catalyst 14.4 with 14.6 due out soon. One caveat I should mention is we've seen the 14.x drivers sometimes cause problems in the Desolate Sands (Act 2) so if you see issues there after updating, you should try downgrading back to a 13.x release.
