| Hello, I just received permanent ban today on my account because I allegedly discriminated other guy for sexual orientation. So last night I've had quite an argument with another guy in general chat. It was a regular troll trash talk, he provoked me, I provoked him, he trolled me, I trolled him and stuff. During our argument I wrote literally :" <Nope!>. 6/3/2014 11:21:34 PM I will tip her well so she could buy you a soda 6/3/2014 11:21:46 PM". There's been plenty of stuff this guy wrote about me and my mom, and I did not even react to it because I know what the troll talk is and do not even bother myself. But this morning I got a message from b.net CS that they ban my account forever. The account is permanently closed. Reason - discrimination of another person for sexual orientation. Proof of my crime - just as I stated above, they found homophoby or something in those two "mom" statements. I already appealed this decision, but I guess I will just receive a standard answer like "blah-blah-blah we reviewed your case and unfortunately we must leave our decision unchanged". Noone will even read this, of that I am sure. What they want right now is for me to buy another copy of Diablo 3. Because it was what they mentioned - the only way you ever will play D3 is buying a new license. Feel the hypocrisy here - they permanently ban me for something they call unacceptable, and yet they mention they will allow me to play the game if I buy another D3 account. So my question is - how do I escalate my appeal? Also, How do I find the smart and educated person with Blizzard CS who actually knows the difference between the sexual orientation and mum talks? I want my case reviewed with independent specialist, not the same guy who doesn't even have brains to distinguish sexual orientation from mum. Thanks.
