| i have the game here on my desk. but i havent played in about a year since my father died. and i beat the skeleton king and now my the game is telling me that i only have the starter edition??? uhm... i payed 60$ for a game i cant play??? | ||

| bloodlust47, The Battle.net account you're posting from only ever had the Starter Edition account it has now, attached back in July of 2013. There's nothing to indicate it ever had the full version on it. If you have the authentication key for the game still, you can contact our Billing agents and provide it to them so they can see which account it was applied to and if they can confirm that account is yours, they'll help you regain access to it. This support article will lead you through the process of submitting a ticket, requesting a call back, or entering into a live web chat session..
