| Hi, I wanted to play the game after a longer while. A minor update was required and then when I logged in I found that my hero is missing. Is there any way to get the hero back? | ||

| Hatchet, I'm not seeing any characters, past or present on your European game client but I do see a level 60 in the US (Americas) region. Perhaps that's the one you're looking for?
