| If any technical support person could figure out if the account saucy is still active on us east it would be greatly appreciated. Trying to reset password but not sure if the account will still be active either way. It's mighty close to the 90 day deletion date. | ||

| barbofall, You used that name for a new account today. If it had existed earlier and hadn't yet expired, you wouldn't have been able to do that. If it had just expired, you may have been able to recover it but when you made a new account, you overwrote the old one. I'm afraid there's no way to get it back now. | Sodápop, Can you log in to the account? What happens when you try? If it exists and you know the password, it will work. If it no longer exists, it won't. There isn't any form of account recovery in Diablo II. If it's been longer than 90 days since you last used it, it would have expired and been subject to deletion when we perform routine database maintenance to free up space among other things. | Lumind, can you just tell us if there is still accounts from like 2 years ago I'm not sure I understand the question. Accounts will last until they expire and are then purged by maintenance. If you keep them refreshed or active, you shouldn't have a problem. | ColBuendia, There's no sign of the account name you listed. There are characters with both names on USEast but neither is on an account anything like "dublinbear85". "slapstick" was played as recently as 2 days ago while "slapstik" was last used 2013-11-28. It would appear your account and characters have all expired and been purged long ago.
