| 4 Friends banned for supposedly using 3rd Party Software We all play from the same house and 4 accounts got banned on the same day 3 days ago. I bought a new account so I could post. I have called in and got a “decision is final†answer so have my other friends. Then we asked how can we look further and got the answer of: Post on the forums maybe a dev will see it. But our forum accounts were banned too, so I had to buy another account just to be able to plea our case. At my house we usually have between 3-7 Diablo 3 players at any given time, playing from the same network, same external IP, also some of the guys dont have jobs at times and they play during the night. We have a close group of friends that often play together, but if you look we have almost no gold, we DO NOT bot. 4 of us got banned, and received e-mails of 3rd Party software use to Bot, and gain unfair advantages. If we take a look at the accounts, none of these account has any more than 10 mil gold, and that’s because one of our friend gave us about 50 million to level up and split amongst ourselves, that friend now sits with a solid 8 million (he said since the expansion is coming out gold will be not so important so he doesn’t care anymore about it) How can you say these accounts gained an unfair advantage when you see there are almost no items worth anything, all the characters are under paragon 10 Myself and another of my friends Filipe#11107 have called in and received the same answers, Sorry Final Decision. But we do not cheat! All we do is play Vanilla hardcore, get drunk and die a lot. It’s fun. How can this happen blizzard? Here are some details about the accounts that we put together: Morpheus#1572 – My Old account Filipe#11107 My buddy Pitbull#1766 My other buddies 1 Month Old account ..... RabidMongoos#1473 Our 4th buddy to be banned 2 days after The above are my account and my buddies accounts that got banned for 3rd party use, please properly investigate, we do not cheat and never have. We all play out of this house or out of our own places. But we often gather to game together. Could it be because we all logged in form the same IP?? And if so how is this our game anymore if we are not allowed to log in from anywhere. 3 of us have bought a new accounts already because we could not post this on the forum, due to our old accounts being banned. I am afraid now that they might ban these accounts as well for no reason. This is very VERY frightening, because we would lose our money for nothing, and the phone support doesn’t help you at all. Our only hope now is that a dev sees this post and looks into why these 4 accounts were banned. We also have other people that often play at this house and now they are afraid that they will get banned!!! People are now no longer playing out of this house for fear of getting banned...... =/ This is unfair and VERY SCARY situation and we would greatly appreciate if your help to rectify this. As a side note please add a way for people to properly appeal bans, all we get is “please post on the forums and hope a dev sees it" but we have out forum accounts banned.... When you ban accounts you take people’s property away, proper investigation needs to be done, not just a program that auto detects certain variables. | ||
