Hey.

I sent a ticket about hacked account, at the end of the processes it said I will get an email back with my ticket info (I did it without login in)

Is that normal ?

I'm not seeing any tickets submitted for the Battle.net account you're posting from. In fact, the account was only created about 2 hours ago.

Submitting the ticket is the best way to proceed. I can't do anything for you in here without at least knowing the account we're talking about. If you post the BattleTag, I can probably check it but again, I'll likely end up directing you to submitting a support ticket or waiting for a response to the one you already sent in. As long as you gave them the account name in the original ticket, they'll be able to find it and see what's going on.

No, you should never post personal info like that in a public forum. It can expose you to all sorts of malice. I suggest you wait for a response to your support ticket.

I really can't do much for you in here. As I said, the Battle.net account you posted from which is all I have to go on, doesn't have any submitted tickets.

You might want to contact them again and either request a call back or try to get into a live web chat as long as it's available when you try contacting them.

This support article will lead you through the process of submitting a ticket, requesting a call back, or entering into a live web chat session..
