| I've got a new Alienware 14 and upon launching Diablo 3, I receive the "Graphics Error: Error creating D3D device". I have attempted the following: 1) Deleting D3Prefs.txt 2) Modifying D3Prefs.txt at DisableTrilinearFiltering, and HardwareClass, setting them to "0" 3) Verifying the DisplayMode settings match the resolution 4) Downloading and Installing the latest drivers for both the integrated and discrete video cards 5) Specifying the discrete card instead of the integrated card in the NVIDIA settings: "a. Right click on the desktop and select the Nvidia Control Panel. b. Click on "Manage 3D Settings" located in the left window pane. c. Click on the "Program Settings" tab. d. Click on "Add", browse to the Diablo III game folder, and select the Diablo III.exe e. Select "High Performance Nvidia Processor" from the "Select the preferred graphics processor" drop down menu. f. Click on "Apply" and close the Nvidia Control Panel." The discrete graphics card is a NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M. Please help. Thanks!
