I was once told that the cow king only spawns when a rift gets to level 10, but someone tweeted this this morning. https://twitter.com/cwaiyang/status/466316599210024960 On rift level 6. I still havnt found him, but at least I know the rift doesn't need to get to level 10!:) | ||

i completed around 2,1k rifts, still haven't found him :D The Lord of Bells is an elusive creature :-) | ||
