| hello fellows. The weirdest issue happened to me since yesterday. So since yesterday i have real problems in getting passed over the login screen cause its keep loading and loading forever and even on the official site which mostly does not load neither can be able for view -also keeps loading. When i open battlenet app, i just try to login and its keep loading and loading forever. I manged to login maybe after something like 20 attempts to write this which previously, all off them failed to pass the login screen loading. I mean i just type my password with the correct email, confirm and its keep loading.. Now, I do must say that my net is absolutely alright and has not problems as i can view all other sites, no latencies, and the ping is at its best. Now even if i got lucky and passed the loading screen, would it be diablo, would it be hearstone, its just getting stack again after entering the game menus in the case of hearstone, or in case of diablo its keep loading when i try to create no matter what game. Plz help me out to find what can be the cause to this? Thank u in forward | ||

| Hello PPixelaton, It sounds a bit like your anti-virus is stopping the battle.net app from properly starting. You could try and add the battle.net folder to the exceptions of your anti-virus.
