| Hey everybody, We're seeing a lot of you report latency and connection issues at the moment, to investigate this we're going to need some information from you, can you please reply below with a Trace Route, details on how to get this can be found here. We will also require the name of your ISP. Please just reply with this information, replies without this information will be removed.
