| Before the patch was released, I did some preparations. I crafted myself some Asheara's pieces to get my toughness up so I can do T4 bounties without much trouble. Last night I tested my toughness with the new pieces in a T4 rift. Everything was fine, molten didn't feel like at threat anymore, Thunderstorm was straight up ignorable damage and even fire chains didn't drop me as fast as it used to. Thanks to 250+ more all resist and 20% life. But today, everything feels like it was before I crafted the set. Even worse at times. Molten explosion (with the new set) did like 40-50% of my life. Now it suddenly does 70%+. I could survive 2 molten explosions if I had full health and be able to chuck a potion to survive a third. This was just last night when I tested the new gear. Now suddenly 1 explosion almost kills me. Thunderstorm suddenly drops my health extremely quickly, fire chains drop me from 100% to 0% in couple swift seconds. Even the damage from frozen seems extremely high. Before frozen could only kill me if there were some other stuff on the ground like arcane. Now frozen drops me down to extremely low hp for the mobs to finish me off with normal attacks. It's like the innate 30% damage reduction doesn't excist anymore. Edit: Wow, just fought a pack with poison. Once the poison hit me my health melted away like never before. Poison is my highest resist at 1414. What the hell did you do to barbs Blizz?? | ||

"Wyatt just mentioned this in the anniversary Twitch stream, actually. Some of the ground effects are doing too much damage currently, and we intend to tone them down. We don't have an ETA to share yet, but we'll let you know as soon as we do", source diablofans.com so will be fixed soon. You mean Soonâ„¢... ;) Hmm, maybe it is more like Very Soonâ„¢ ;-) Blue tagging this for enhanced visibility. Thanks everyone who posted your feedback on this issue btw. :-) | ||
