| On the https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/reporting-a-bug can not report it, it asks me to create an US account (lol) Anyway, the bug i found, i was trying out the Immortal Kings set on my barbarian (got 3 pieces plus the Ring of Royal Grandeur). Didn't liked it (personal reasons), so swapped back my prev. gear. (Un)fortunately, the ancients stayed with me. They didn't died. Killed them by changing my skills, but they were out for about 15-20 minutes, with only 2 set pieces equipped. | ||

On the https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/reporting-a-bug can not report it, it asks me to create an US account (lol) That support article does not ask you to create a US account, it asks you to create a Hero (also known as a Character) in the Americas game region. As Shammoz mentions above, it is possible for you to post on the US forums with a EU account, but you will first need to create a Hero (Character) in-game in the Americas game region before you can post. You can do this by selecting Americas in the region selection menu just above the Play button in your battle.net desktop app. Once you have created a Hero (Character) there, you should be able to post a bug report in the Bug Report Forums here: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/5386229/ If you are not sure how to write a good bug report, then please first take a look at this thread before posting: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/4926752662 | ||

Why do we need to create a hero at all on the American side just to report a bug that affects us? Shouldn't the EU have a similar function? Our QA testers and the developers are located in the US and the truth is that it is easier as well as faster for them to look into bug reports if they don't have to check and manage multiple bug report forums in several different languages across different regions. We of course understand that it would be a little more convenient if you could report bugs on the EU forums, but since it is possible and relatively easy for everyone to post in the US bug report forum, we feel that the benefits of having bug reports gathered at single location is the best option. | ||
