| Okay so title covers it in a general terms, but I'll try to give specifics... While I understand that they are not the diablo gods and don't make greens rain from the skies, I do believe that there presence in the forums are not reliable nor makes too big of an impact. Seems like every time I get onto the forums I look at the recent blue post and none of them provide any insight to the endless list of people looking for help. Also the "blues" do not spend near enough time on the forums considering there importance. A few random comments on the current popular posts do not make up for the fact that the same "blue" (you know who you are) hasn't been on the forms in two weeks. Also wish to draw attention to the fact that when I look at the most recent posts it seems like one "blue" have much more presence than the other. Now all this can be attributed to people have real world things going on. I completely understand that our world doesn't revolve around diablo, but when you get on the forums why do you ignore post about glitches in the game that negatively impact players (ie. raekors lack of transmog)... You jump right on exploit that give players an unfair advantage, which is not a bad thing. However when people have been making post for months about an issue which continues to go unresolved, you can't be bothered to spend two seconds the even acknowledge that the issue exists. Even a simple statement such as "We are aware of (insert issue) and are looking into the cause".... Anyone who agrees with me I ask you to please post a reply cause unless a thread reaches several pages I doubt they will ever see it. | ||
