| Hi all, I need help: I installed D3 when it just came out. Now, after not playing it for a while, I want to play it again (reinstalled) so i tried to redeem my code but it says its already been used (by me ofcourse) What can i do? Many thanks Rossmoff | ||

| Rossmoff, The Battle.net account you're posting from never had the full Diablo III game attached to it, it just has the Starter Edition you put on today. You'll need to use the original Battle.net account you used when registering the game in order to play. If you do't remember what you used, you can contact us via a support ticket and provide the key you used. They'll be able to see what account it's attached to and if the information verifies it's yours, they'll be able to give you the name. I have the same problem. I played D3 some time ago but i couldnt because my graphics card was overheating. Now I have bought a new card and it works fine but i can only play the 1st chapter. After defeating the skeleton king it just says i need to upgrade the game. When i try to put in the code it says that the code has already been claimed. This is my original and only Battle.net acc. i would be glad if you could help. This Battle.net account has never had a Diablo III license attached to it. Most likely you are logging in with the wrong account. Don't worry, just contact Customer Support and give them all the detail you remember.
