So does this means that Normal and Torment I is still the same drop chance. Indeed it does. It should also be said though, that while Torment-only items can drop from Torment I Horadric Caches as well, the actual bonus chance for legendary items dropping from Horadric Caches starts at Torment II and above. | ||
