| Greeting, D3 community! I'd like to share with you some info for your consideration (both cases are under US tech support responsibility). Oct. 8th I sold an item for 250euro (~ $335) (EU RMAH, PayPal). 5 days later I didn’t get a money transfer from Blizzard and I appealed to EU tech support, they commited an error during a transaction and said that they had redirected my request to US associates because of security policy. So far so good. But in a week there weren’t not any response, as well as in 2 and 3 weeks. Today there’s no info about so called “investigation†. All in all I’ve appealed to EU support for an info 5 times+ and still no result. ( the original EU topic - http://eu.battle.net/d3/ru/forum/topic/8427083586 ) Here is one more story: Zibers#2161 was waiting his transfer for 7 (!) (SEVEN) months. | vm24x7, I'm afraid there's nothing we can do for you in the forums. You must continue to use the support ticketing system. Ask for your issue to be escalated if you're not happy with the results so far. As for your previous posts, you weren't exactly very respectful in the way you asked for help if you'll recall. So much so I needed to remove the posts or remove your posting privileges.
