stop saying RNG, jesus. RNGesus?!? In all seriousness though, there have been no dramatic changes to lower drop chances as you and some others suggest have happend, in fact we recently increased some legendary drop rates via hotfixes: https://eu.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/10004140329

Dear Vaneras, how am I supposed to feel about this? Do you think this is rewarding? 12 hours, 1 drop which gives fun? Does this feel like "the next cool loot is just arond the corner"?. Currently farming feels like work I cannot tell you how you are supposed to feel, and frankly I am not required to do so. It is no secret that the better your gear get, the longer it takes to find new upgrades, such is the nature of Diablo games. Your gear might not be "awesome max BIS stuff", but it is still pretty good, and as such you will be more likely to find sidegrades than upgrades. I know several people who have extremly good gear, some BiS for their current builds, and they keep farming because they still feel that "the next cool loot is just arond the corner". They know that the gear that will drop will unlikely be an upgrade, but it may be a good sidegrade that will open up new options for a different build. I guess it all comes down to how you look at things really, so if farming feels like work to you and you are not having fun looking for upgrades, then perhaps sidegrades is what you should be looking for instead?
