| Last night I was arguing with one of Blizz employees and their ungrounded racism claim. Before that, almost a year ago in my account settings I have disabled e-mail notification for support tickets - out of security issues. That is because I consider my gaming life as a private, and I do not wish for my associates, my assistant and other people who have access to my personal e-mail address to see that I am an addicted gamer. But one of your employees deliberately closed one of my tickets without even notifying me, and than edited my security settings so he could send me the response to my ticket. I think that is unacceptable, when the company representative is editing the security settings. I disabled e-mail notification from CS tickets for a reason, and I will not tolerate such violations of my privacy. Where I live, I am a public person, and I really appreciate the privacy I USED to have with Blizzard before. However, it seems to me that when Blizzard employees can freely edit customer's security options, nothing will stop them from disclosing my personal information to third parties for their personal gain. You see, the fire always starts with a small spark. And I do not want people from my location to know that I am an addicted gamer. This will harm my public image and reputation. So all you people which have account with Blizzard, please make sure you never leave any personal information in your settings, because one day this can easily backfire you. Especially with employees who do not give a darn about your security and information. | ||
