| Every time I enter my diablo 3 reaper of souls collector's edition key I get this message: An error has occurred. Your Battle.net account does not have any games that can be upgraded with this game key. Either you have no games that can be upgraded with this key, or you have already upgraded them. I have no idea what is wrong. | ||

| MrDuckCZ , Your account is showing it has the full retail version of Reaper of Souls when I check. All I can suggest is exiting the Desktop App and game and restarting them to try again. Are you sure you're not just seeing advertising? | Sisyphus, The Battle.net account you're posting from was only created less than 2 months ago so it can't be the one you were playing a year ago. You'll need to find and use the original Battle.net account you used back then. If you can't remember what it was, you can contact our Billing people and give them the key you used and they'll be able to see where it was attached. | I'm going to close this thread down now as it's getting too old. Before I do though, I just wanted to address this post from McKushly: I have the physical copy of diablo3 and no where will it let me enter the cd key on this new blizzard launcher? i treid redeem codes but says it was already used. I dont think i should have to rebuy the game since i already own it. How come im stuck in the "starter" edition? It appears that the key has now been added successfully, but please contact our Account Support team directly if there are still any problems.
