| Hey there Sacr. At Shammoz' request (he's very persuasive) I looked into this for you and found that what you're experiencing is actually just a visual glitch (albeit a weird and rare one). You actually cashed out on that transaction on 1st February, so you did get the gold. We're still not sure why it's showing in your list though, however as the Auction House interface will be disappearing completely in the near future, I guess it's not something we'll be able to address.
