| Hello, I'd like to ask whether or not it'd be possible to ask for some assistance due to a problem I've only now encountered involving EU and US files. As I downloaded Diablo 3 upon release It's now come to my attention that even though I'm currently playing from Europe and have my account set to EU It downloaded the Diablo 3 files in a US format without any warning of notice as such. This is affecting my greatly as I've a few high levels on the US servers that I cannot play with my friends on EU servers, and was wondering if I could gain some sort of resolution from a part of the blizz team as I've tried making numerous tickets but all of them have been deleted?..
