| Bug description: Crafted level 70 legendary and set shields have a bugged block amount. Around 3000-5000. While blue and rare baseline is around 15 000-23 000. After I finally received an Ascended shield (White crafting mat, also bugged - off-hand white craft mats have stupidly low drop chance) I crafted Wall of Man. Also, found a fellow player with similar situation and he crafted a Hallowed set shield.
