| I just bought the RoS copy today and to my disappointment I cannot play! Due to below difficulties: 1. I have not played by D3 game for over a year and have since deleted the game, upon reinstalling, my Account email is not recognized. I tried using "Forget Password", but recovery email was never received. Also try recovering my old account by entering the first 6 characters of the game key (physical copy), and it says that game code doesn't exist! Tried my Secret Question as well, no recovery email was received. 2. After installation of the original D3 game, and creating a new Battlenet account (w/ a different email), the D3 game is now considered as "Starter Copy"! So I cannot redeem my RoS copy as a result. Please help. | ||
