| I haven't played Diablo III for a long time, so when I log in and press the play button the system does not load the hero list and I cannot see my characters. On the battle.net page when I say 'view profile' it gives a warning that the account is deactivated because it has not been used for a long time, and I have to login to Diablo III first. I donot understand what that means. Could you tell me how I can log in to Diablo III or solve this problem? | ||

| tanyel , The Battle.net account you're posting from only has a Starter Edition created today so it has no characters yet. My guess is you used a different Battle.net account to register the original Diablo III game to. That's the account you'd need to be logging in with now. If you can't remember the account name, I suggest contacting our Billing Department for assistance in locating it. You'll need to provide them with the original Diablo III authentication key if you made a retail purchase of the game.
