| Not every boss is affected by this skill, when I for instance judge the skeleton king(or butcher) I don`t get the 80% crit chance bonus, however it does work on azmodan and magda afaik. Also, some rift guardians seem unaffected by the crit buff/debuff from this rune. | ||
