| Hello, This Friday i reinstalled D3, happy with the changes in the new patch. Was looking forward to playing RoS, and i was about to preorder it, when i noticed that; After the last patch, the routing somewhere got borked. I can only play during a few hours at night. Sometimes, i get all the way to hero screen before i disconnect, most times not. To be clear, this is NOT an ISP issue. Tons of other users are reporting the same problem. I have done every single step/suggestion by a bluepost/Tech support, including; Tracers, traceroutes, clearing cache, reinstalling d3, bnet, disablig uPnP, removing all other programs that can interfere, reinstalling and updating all relevant drivers, opening ports and turning of firewalls.I play 5 games onlineat the moment. Only problem with D3. The weekend i finally had some time to play, but i had to spend the WHOLE weekend, trying to fix this. Get this, i tried fixing a problem that isnt even on my end, for a game that i paid for. If only i could play offline, but thats a silly idea.. play a game offline? Lol etc. Seriously Bliz? FIx it please? Thank you. PS: RIght now, im trying to reinstall Battle.net app again... but it disconnects during update................................ Then i was gonna reinstall D3.. but it says: You need to patch Battle.net in order to uninstall. Please start Battle.net to automatically update it. Error: BLZBNTBNU00001, BLZBNTBNU00002, BLZBNTBNU00000001, BLZBNTBNU00000002 Uh? I cant uninstall the game because the launcher needs to update? LOL | ||

| Hello, In order for us to look into this, we're going to need more information. Can I please request the following: ISP : Town and Country : Network Adapter Make and Model : Modem/Router Make and Model : And a pathping : eu.battle.net/support/en/article/running-a-pathping-test Thank you in advance. ___________________________________ Let me know how I'm doing! https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Lurdlespor | ||

| Could you please post the full pathping? It may take up to five minutes to compile all stastistics, and it's the timings/packet loss info we really need. The route it's taking seems fine though, once it reaches our networks it will begin to time out, that's entirely normal. ___________________________________ Let me know how I'm doing! https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Lurdlespor | ||

| Can you check these options: eu.battle.net/support/en/article/disabling-proxy-settings Then see what happens? There's some packet loss on the pathping by the way, here: 2 24ms 1/ 100 = 1% 1/ 100 = 1% ti0051a400-gw.ti.telenor.net [88.9 1.198.1] Which seems to be immediately after passing through the router. Would it be possible to just try restarting the router for five minutes or so? ___________________________________ Let me know how I'm doing! https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Lurdlespor | ||
