| I received the Standard Edition of D3 as part of an annual subscription for World of Warcraft back in November 2011. I think I logged into D3 and got a Monk to level 6 at the time. It was definitely a Standard Edition as I joined a friends game and ported to his ACT 3 to check it out. I didn't play again until a few days ago... so over 2 years really. Now my D3 is listed at "starter edition" and I cannot get past level 13 without buying the digital upgrade... which I refuse to do as I've already fulfilled my part of the agreement. My WoW account was in good standing from the date of the annual subscription agreement and has been active until I cancelled in early 2013... so again way over 2 years (a year longer than the agreement required). My wife also did this agreement on the same day. She never downloaded or logged into D3 until a few days ago and her account shows "standard edition". I have opened two tickets in the past 2-3 days. One for a call back (the wait time said 5-10 minutes) and I never received a call back. I also opened a "live chat" ticked where the response time said "1 minute". I never received any chat request from Blizzard (my popup windows are enabled so that isnt the reason). Can someone from Blizzard please respond to this. If you look at my WoW account transactions you can see there are active payments/subscription covering Oct 2011-March 2013... far longer than the agreement required for this free access to D3. | ||

| Asterial, What happened was you obtained Diablo III via the World of Warcraft Annual Pass Program, but the payment method for that lapsed back in July 2012 , thereby breaking the agreement. The benefits are removed when that happens. You'll need to either submit a support ticket or request a call back from our Billing Department to see if that can be straightened out. Afterwards, they should be able to see if they can reinstate the Diablo III account for you. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday, 12 pm - 8 pm Pacific Time Please provide feedback! - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| Origin, It looks like you had the Diablo III account transferred to another of your Battle.net accounts in January 2014. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday, 12 pm - 8 pm Pacific Time Please provide feedback! - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| Hello Psycho, It could be that you redeemed the key in a different Battle.net account, since I cannot see that this account had ever a Diablo III license attached. If you contact Customer Support and provide them with all the details you remember about your account or the key, they may be able to help you find the account. Please, remember to check the dates of threads before posting. This one is from 2014; when a thread is this old there's a possibility that the information could be obsolete, so it's always better to open a new thread explaining your case so we can try and help you. ______________________________________________________ Got feedback about the support I'm providing?
