| Hello, as the title states The Skywarden legendary proc for crusaders "Every 60 Seconds, gain a random Law for 60 seconds." does not always work when you have another law being used. I have tested this both with Laws put in my skill bar and without. The proc seems to work fine when I have no laws being used, but can be very unreliable when I use a law. I have seen it fail to proc for several minutes or not even proc once during an adventure session (normally clear an entire act + rift) http://eu.battle.net/d3/en/item/skywarden | ||
