| I have the d3 obviously and purchased RoS collectors edition. When I open setup from the DVD it opens battle net and does nothing...I have redeemed my code for the game in account management. Help ? | ||

(patch version is 2.4) If you are in 2.4, then your game is fully updated. You don't need to install anything else. The game client is the same for everyone, whether you own Reaper of Souls or not. To upgrade your account, however, you need to introduce the code that comes with the box in the Battle.net Account Management Page. That way you'll unlock RoS content. Please, keep in mind that when a thread is so old, it's always better to create a new one explaining your case.
