Hi all,
Could anyone please explain to me what is going on with my D3 license?
About a week ago I've purchased a a license for D3. I put the code on my battle.net account, downloaded the game client and played for a while. The next day after playing for about 10 minutes I received a message that my license is suspended (code 53). I created a ticket but I don't know why it was deleted. After that I created another, three days passed (although Blizzard claims that they solve all tickets in max. 2 days!!!) and still I've got no answer. I'm really disappointed.
Could anyone tell me what should I do next? Is there a helpdesk or phone number that I can call and get any help. I'm from Poland.
I'd be really grateful for any kind of help....
I never had this kind of problems (I have SII and WoW) till now...

I took a cursory glance at your account and I must admit that I'm a little confused too. However, our Account Support guys will be able to help you with this. Just to clarify; your old ticket was closed and attached to the new one you made (so as not to over-inflate our queues) and an agent will be with you as soon as possible.
