| Ever since I got my new computer my game keeps randomly crashing. I never had this problem with my old computer. And I am not tech savvy enough to figure out what is causing the issue. | ||

| SniggleJake , Let's start with some information so I can see what you have. You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday, 12 pm - 8 pm Pacific Time Please provide feedback! - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| SniggleJake, Everything looks ok but I did notice you're currently running with an Nvidia driver version that has had quite a few reports of being unstable. I'd recommend trying their latest release and seeing if your game crashing continues. Latest release (327.23): http://www.nvidia.com/object/win8-win7-winvista-64bit-327.23-whql-driver.html When installing them, use the Custom and Clean Install options, installing just the graphic drivers and none of the optional components. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday, 12 pm - 8 pm Pacific Time Please provide feedback! - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| nigel84, Can you describe what happens when the game is crashing for you? Is there an error message of any kind? Does the entire computer lock up or just the game, allowing you to alt-tab out and continue with other apps and tasks? How do you have to recover from the crashing? Your dxdiag looks pretty standard except possibly for how it's seeing your default sound device. I'm assuming you're using a USB headset plugged into the Logitech keyboard? If so, you might see if it behaves any different when they're plugged into a USB port on the motherboard instead. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday, 12 pm - 8 pm Pacific Time Please provide feedback! - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||
