| Recently got a new pc, tried installing D3 and it will not work continuously! Can anyone give me any help? (I have tried everything on here: https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/BLZBNTBTS0000J and still nothing..) Thanks | ||

| kfNewbie, Installation issues are most often due to permission problems, such as those caused by not running as an administrator or having security software running that prevents running files it thinks are malicious for some reason. If you've already done the standard "run as an administrator" solution and it didn't help, try creating a new user account and using that to install. If that doesn't help, try temporarily disabling any antivirus apps you may have running while installing. Booting in selective startup mode may let it install as well as apps that normally would start when booting are prevented from doing so.
