| Hello i am getting this when i try to log onto Diablo "We have detected your video card is not supported by Diablo" "operating system windows 7 service 1" "Video card: AMD Radeon HD 7660D" I have played Diablo on my graphics card before idk why it is doing this now? also side note if someone knows the, my mouse lately has been really slow or gets stuck on the screen and it is starting to get more and more frustrating...no it is not my mouse movement speed...any idea how to fix it? | ||

| LoftyX, Thanks, could you post your D3Debug,txt file next please? It's located in the main Diablo III game folder. | LoftyX, Your video display device isn't listed as unsupported as far as I can tell nor is it listed as supported. When that happens, the game should assume it's supported and use default settings for it. I don't know why you're seeing the warning message. Can you post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. Could you also post your D3Prefs.txt file? It's located in the My Documents\Diablo III folder. Since we're bouncing along from symptom to symptom and the latest one would suggest an overheating issue or driver corruption, could you download and run HWMonitor from: http://www.cpuid.com/downloads/hwmonitor/1.23-setup.exe ? Now start the game and let it run several minutes but not so long that it freezes.
