I have followed the instructions for deleting and reinstalling the agent and client launcher, I have disabled my antivirus and I have run is administrator. Still receiving a critical error and instructions to do all of the above. This is VERY frustrating! I see in the forums that I am not the only one experiencing this. I don't know, maybe there is a problem on the server side maybe?

What's the exact error message you see and when do you see it?
