| Hello, Over recent days we have seen the situation regarding latency and lag improve, however we are still monitoring this situation and in order to look into this, we are requesting information from affected players. We have set up a webform in order to gather this information: eu.battle.net/support/en/help/ticket/d3/673 Please note that this information request requires a D3Debug.txt file to be attached. This can be found in your Diablo III installation folder. D3Debug.txt is regenerated at the start of each play session, so please attach it immediately after the play session where you experienced lag. If you’ve restarted the game, the file will be replaced. We've been informed by our internet service partners that enhancements have been made to improve the gaming experience of those affected. This thread has been locked but the issues are still ongoing. Can you at least update us on the situation? The cause of that particular issue has now been resolved. If you are still experiencing high latency in Diablo III, please follow the instructions in the original post.
