| FMR, Everything looks fine there, nothing's been muted and no volume levels are all the way down. Try this: Delete the following folder, \Diablo III\Data_D3\PC\MPQs\Cache, then run the repair tool in the launcher. You access that under the Help tab across the top of the launcher. It can take a while to run as it rebuilds the deleted info so please be patient and let it finish. | FMR , Are you using headphones or external speakers when playing? Did it use to work or is this the first time with this particular computer and sound card? Can you post your D3Debug.txt file? It's located in the main Diablo III game folder. Edit out your account name first though. | FMR, Most if not all sound devices have a manufacturer supplied utility used to configure and test the speaker configurations. Could you make sure that when using this utility, all the speakers are playing when a signal is specifically directed to them? Also, do you happen to have a USB Headset you can plug in and try using? That would help eliminate your current sound setup as the source of the problem if the headset acts the same or point to it as the problem if the headset works properly. Using a USB device means the on-board sound won't be used.
