Diablo III Patch 2.0.5a Brings Client Fixes

The small update fixes crashes and issues in the Diablo III client

Diablo III Patch 2.0.5a
Diablo III patch 2.0.5 arrived yesterday with some great changes. Two bugs cropped up from the patch, but they have now been fixed with the small Diablo III patch 2.0.5a. The client update fixes multiple crashes, as well as an issue with Enchanting class set items. Here are the details, and recent Blizzard Blues posts.

Diablo III Patch 2.0.5a
The small fast patch client update fixed some crash bugs, and an issue with Enchanting that was also listed as a hotfix.

Torment Items from Kadala
As mentioned in the patch notes, the gambling from Blood Shards can now provide more items. Legendary and Set items that only come from regular drops in Torment difficulties, can now also be obtained from gambling with Kadala! As Grimiku points out in multiple posts, the items from gambling are static, regardless of the difficulty level where the item is purchased from Kadala.
There was not a typo in the patch notes, and Kadala can now drop Torment restricted items! This includes class set items, too.

I'd like to try and clarify something about Horadric Caches as well. They now have a bonus chance for a Legendary item that starts at Torment II+, but the Torment restricted items can drop from a Horadric Cache obtained in Torment I.

The chance that Kadala will give you a Legendary item does not change based on difficulty. So, in theory, a player could obtain a class set item without ever leaving Normal difficulty. To put it another way I'll use the original example of gathering Blood Shards in Master difficulty, and spending them in Torment VI. The chances to obtain a Legendary item (and the pool of possible items) from Kadala in Torment VI is exactly the same as Master, since that chance (and item pool) is static.

Known Issues in Patch 2.0.5
After the fixes in patch 2.0.5a, there are a few other bugs still listed on the Known Issues List. This list may grow over time, as the QA department for Diablo III verifies other issues.
Hello everyone, and welcome to Patch 2.4.1! Below you will find the Known Issues list for our 2.4.1 patch. Please do not report bugs that you see on this list, as we already know about them, and help out other players reporting bugs by referring them to this list.

As a reminder, this list will not list every bug that is active in the 2.4.1 patch. What it is listed here are a select few issues -- chosen due to visibility and impact -- that are active and confirmed as bugs by Quality Assurance with verifiable steps and (in most cases) an expected fix. Just because a bug is not on this list does not mean we don't know about it! In addition, potential exploits and the like will never be listed here.

Please note that documented bugs may not always be fixed in the order in which they were reported. In some cases, we may not have a timeline for a when a bug will be fixed and some bugs may not be able to be fixed at all. If we are able to verify that a documented bug cannot be fixed, it will be removed from this list.

Thank you for your continued reports, and enjoy Diablo III!!!
